  • Gift cards or e-gift vouchers

  • Digital products such as downloadable devotionals or e-books

  • Sale, clearance, or final discount items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.


8. International Orders

    • Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.
